I discovered this lovely residence, and it was so nice! The room had a bathtub, and it was good after a long day. The kitchen even have a washing machine, which I found charming.
I did have some concerns with the amenities. The room lack even a simple electric kettle, and that was not ideal for a tea lover. I found out that reception staff come across bored, it wasn't a good feeling.

My 'room' was amazing! it included a bedroom. A bathroom with both a bath and a shower. A fully fitted kitchen. Also a dining and seating area. every staff member was friendly and helpful. having the spa was really wonderful. i really recommend this location.
this caused very minor delays. but they really never bothered us much!

I adored the cozy seating area near the reception. It was a sweet spot for enjoying drinks. also, the reception offered food and beverages around the clock at prices that felt just right, it was really convinient.
The gym wasn't fully operational. The elliptical trainer lacked a foot rest on one side. also, a cupboard door in my apartment was broken and remained unfixed despite my reporting it.

I liked location, was super convenient. The room was very large than I thought, with many bonuses. Breakfast was alright. Nothing special really.
The staff wasn't friendly at all, were almost bored. They told us, we has to park in the garage and charged us 30€/ night. Right after, we found out that if we would've just gone in the garage is only 450 czk, it is around 18€ a day. Housekeeping just didn't come.

martin welcomed me warmly during check-in it was a good start. the fitness room had the equipment i needed for my workouts. the hotel is close to many attractions and public transportation is very accessible.
the hotel lacked a refrigerator in the room so i could not chill drinks

the location required about a 15-minute walk to reach the city center.

i stayed in a beautiful one-bedroom apartment. it had a spacious layout and the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast buffet had a wide selection of items (especially the fresh pastries!). the hotel's location was convenient. several shops and restaurants were within a short walk.
one minor issue i noticed was that the gym equipment showed some wear.
